Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Lantern Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
