Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Antonio, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
