Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar North Water Authority and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
