Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
