Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Fort Worth supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
