Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rook Housing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
