Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Pike Property Management Partners is a Omaha property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
