Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Rochester, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
