Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind West Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in El Paso with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
