Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cobalt Construction Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
