Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
