Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
