Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
