Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Jackson area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
