Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Partners supports public agencies in Jackson with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
