Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Field Community Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
