Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Nest Press Group produces print and digital publications in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
