Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Fox Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
