Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
