Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Health runs clinics and patient services around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
