Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Financial Group serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
