Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
