Northwind Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
