Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Clear Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Grand Rapids design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
