Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ivory Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
