Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 374 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
