Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
