Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Beacon Press produces print and digital publications in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 589 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
