Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Drift Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
