Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
