Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
