Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the San Jose region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
