Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
