Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy is an energy provider in Boise focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 926 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
