Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Bright Markets Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
