Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Nest Financial and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
