Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak North Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Reno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 594 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
