Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Thistle Staffing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
