Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Spokane with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
