Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Foods Group produces packaged foods at its San Diego plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
