Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Summit Financial serves customers across Memphis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
