Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Telecom Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
