Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Nest Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
