Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Foods is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
