Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Wren Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
