Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Junction Auto Group Partners is a Spokane company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
