Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
