Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Meridian Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
