Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pine Insurance and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
