Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
